We worship Monday through Saturday with life and work,
wherever sense the Spirit's partnership in our journey.

But Sunday worship is unique. From our separate places we come together to join hearts and voices; together we proclaim that we are the body of Christ. We choose to be festive about our songs and seek dialogue with the living God.

So today we begin another week with resurrection spirit, praising God for who God is and what God does.  Know that you are welcome here, to this time that belongs to God, and give yourself to this public declaration of faith.

I invite us all to pray together

Leader: O Lord, open our eyes,
Everyone: that we may see the beauty of goodness.
Leader: O Lord, open our ears,
Everyone: that we may hear the truth.
Leader: O Lord, open our lips,
Everyone: that we may show forth your praise. Amen.
