2017 Easter Set Design: Flag Triangles

This year our Commons Set Design Team wanted to create a special set for the Easter season. Our goal with designing this set was to highlight the cross as the center of focus and make stage look completely different as a reminder of the significance of the Easter season. 

Our inspiration came from other various churches using flagging tape for their set design. Using one inch wide white flagging tape, we taped both ends down to a beam on the floor and strung it through a ring hook in the ceiling. Rather than making each triangle the same we decided to make each triangle a different height using string. Lastly, to add texture we placed an LED light at the base of each triangle.
