7PM is Back!

The roots of Commons start on Sunday nights. In 2014 it was a group of young adults who had been meeting on Sunday nights and exploring new ways of doing church. They met and merged with a local church here in Kensington to launch Commons. 

And now, for season ten, we are reinventing Sunday evenings again. We’re stripping down our service so we can build something fresh. Each week we will sing together in the sanctuary, then sit together to share the eucharist, followed by a coffee break so you can meet someone new. After that, a 30-minute message followed by a brief question and response period where you can either raise a hand or send in a question by text. Following the service, anyone is welcome to gather at Two House Brewery to chat and close off the weekend.

Launches with the fall university semester. We hope you join the conversation. 

Note: There are no kids’ programs at the 7PM service, but they are welcome to attend with you.
